University of Virginia Assistant / Associate Professor, Clinical Faculty - Otolaryngology in Charlottesville, Virginia

The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Virginia is seeking applicants for an open rank faculty position in our General Otolaryngology division. The successful candidate will provide patient care primarily at the community hospital in Charlottesville as well as some services at UVA Hospitals and Outpatient Clinics. A strong interest in management of head and neck cancer patients is preferred. Rank and compensation are dependent upon qualifications, experience and scholarly achievement.

  • Qualified candidates must have an MD and be board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. Completion of an accredited residency program is required.

  • Rank and compensation are dependent upon qualifications and experience.

  • A strong commitment to patient care is required.

The selected applicant will be required to complete a background check, drug screen, and health assessment prior to their first day of employment per University policy.
