University of Virginia Manager, Cardiology Clinical Practice in Charlottesville, Virginia
The Manager, Cardiology Clinical Practice manages the cardiology clinic. This role works collaboratively with the Medical Director, other Medical Center departments, management, faculty and other stakeholders to ensure: timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, practice productivity, fiscal integrity, patient satisfaction and employee engagement.
Primary responsibilities include: human resources management, practice business development, daily operational efficiency, effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Ensures the effective, safe and therapeutic nursing services meet established Medical Center and accrediting agency regulations and guidelines.

Position Compensation Range: $77,937.60 - $124,696.00 Annual
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred
Experience: 3 years progressively more responsible experience required
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require walking some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
